Sell the outcome, not the product
When it comes to marketing, the focus is often on selling the product or service. However, what many businesses don't realize is that they can actually make more sales by selling the outcome of their product or service instead.
For example, let's say you're a car salesman. You could sell a customer a car by telling them about all of its features, but you're more likely to make the sale if you sell them on the outcome of owning the car. You could tell them about how the car will make them feel - more confident, successful, and stylish. You could tell them about how the car will help them get where they need to go, whether it's to work or to pick up the kids from school.
In other words, focus on what the customer will get out of using your product or service, and you're more likely to make a sale.
"People are searching for solutions, simply be that for them"
This is true for any business - whether you're selling cars, houses, insurance, or anything else. When you sell the customer on the outcome, you're more likely to make the sale.
